I don’t think I can say enough how much I dislike podcasts. Tony Hoffman is a solid dude, Mike Carruth over at BMXNews did an awesome podcast with him (it’s still running in the background right now). It’s looong (longer than the normal long of them) but Tony has alot to say, so go hear it here.

Unless you follow the dramaboard of vintagebmx, you probably won’t know who James Bagwell is. He is one of the guys behind that track in South Carolina that had the NBL’s Dixie nationals last year, and he tried to help save face with the NBL on the message boards. Obviously that didn’t work. He’s stepping down, and with the NBL’s ‘Competition Congress’ this weekend, his shoes will be filled pretty quick. Check the BMXNews Story for more.

After what seemed like a month but was only really about 3 days, Johan Lindstrom answered the list of 25 questions regarding the NationsTour that Mike Carruth from BMXNews.com sent over. There are a few questions which have yet to meet a reply
(such as:
NBL Press Release: (a) The abuse of alcohol at or around any NBL NationsTour activity.
BMX News Asks: Does this mean the CONSUMPTION of alcohol at or around any NBL NationsTour activity. If not, what is defined as “abuse?”)
But alot of things were cleared up. Vet Pros are riding the big hill and alot of people will need approval from the NBL’s Director of Competition. Check out the full release here on BMXNews.com

With a doubled up win in Nashvegas. The Saturday evening pro spectacular was rained out, so taking the win on Sunday meant twice the points and twice the money… Josh is on the hunt for the NBL title this year and it is certainly within reach.

It’s a bad year to be one of the Olympians, and an even worse year to be the ribs of dR… Third times a charm?
BMXNews.com has a good writeup regarding the incident, check it out.

Mike Carruth over at BMXNews/BMXNow has posted a little write up as well as image gallery from the races this past weekend in Salt Lake City. I may be stupid, but I was defiantly thinking it would be alot easier to find a nice clean source of water out in the Great Salt Lake…. Watch out for more coverage later this week.

BMXNews has a podcast with Coach G(Greg Romero) talking about BMX training and how fun winning is. I wish I could have found the pictures form BMX Plus! where Romero and Neal Wood threw down, but I can’t.
